Shipping and Delivery Charges
Shipping charges are determined based on your order’s destination as follows:
• Within the UAE: AED 30 per parcel
• GCC Countries: AED 100 per parcel
You can enjoy free delivery within the UAE for orders of AED 250 or more.
Delivery Timeframes
1. Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Orders will be delivered within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, or any official government-declared holidays.
2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM: The delivery timeframe will start from the next business day.
