Music Flower – Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Music Flower, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that choosing cosmetics without trying them first can be challenging, which is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy — even if the product has been opened and tested.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

1- Return Period: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.
2- Opened Products Accepted: We accept returns or exchanges even if the product has been opened and tried, as long as no more than 10% of the product has been used.
3- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt.
4- Return Reasons Accepted:
a- The color or shade didn’t suit you after trying it.
b- The product didn’t work well with your skin.
c- Or for any personal reason that made you unsatisfied with the product.
5- Return/Exchange Fees:
a- The first exchange per order is free of charge.
b- For any additional exchanges or returns of the same item, the customer covers the shipping cost only.
c- If the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover all costs.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

1- Contact us via WhatsApp or email, mentioning your order number and a photo of the product.
2- We will confirm your request within 24 hours and provide shipping details.
3- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your product will be exchanged or your money refunded within 5–7 business days.

 

Refund Method:

a- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
b- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made to a bank account or digital wallet.
